TAKING CARE OF YOUR FEET

YOUR FEET ARE FANTASTIC

YOUR FEET IN  NUMBERS...

For 14 hours per day, 11 months per year, your feet are trapped in socks and shoes. Sometimes in shoes that are too tight.

During our lifetime, our feet take us the equivalent of 4 laps around the globe. That’s a lot of steps, approximately 3 Billion.

With each step we take, we put twice our body weight on our foot. When we run, it’s 6 times more!

By the time you’ve run 3 metres, your foot has carried the weight of an elephant.

But your feet aren’t just strong – they’re refined. A quarter of all the bones in your body are in your feet. That’s twice as many parts as in an iPhone.

The skin on your feet consists of 250,000 sweat glands – so no wonder our feet are happy when we let them out at night!!

So be proud of your feet and take care of them. You need them for virtually everything you do so they are well worth looking after!
